Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • At least 5 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources processes
  • Preferably with global company experience,
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Having high presentation and reporting skills, able to communicate effectively, developed organizational and coordination skills, working in cooperation.

Job Description:

  • Carrying out all Human Resources activities managed within the business units for which it is responsible, in compliance with internal regulations and local legal regulations, providing necessary support to employees in line with Human Resources policies and processes,
  • Establishing the necessary procedures or adapting global procedures for Romania,
  • Directing and supporting the relevant Human Resources teams for organizational design by making organizational analyzes and strategic workforce planning,
  • Following and completing all career movements (recruitment, promotion, transfer, etc.) for the business units that it is responsible for,
  • Completion of the orientation programs of the recruited employees,
  • Supporting and implementing talent management, career planning, succession and leadership programs,
