We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Manager in our MLM brokerage firm. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of independent brokers, ensuring they meet their sales targets and providing support and guidance to help them succeed in the competitive MLM industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of independent brokers within the MLM brokerage firm.
2. Recruit, train, and onboard new brokers to expand the team and meet business objectives.
3. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and motivation to brokers to help them achieve their
sales targets.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and sales performance.
5. Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork,
innovation, and continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with other team managers and senior leadership to align team goals with
overall business objectives.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the
MLM brokerage industry.
9. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and
customer satisfaction.
10. Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while promoting a culture of
integrity and compliance within the team.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the MLM or
financial services industry.
2. Strong understanding of MLM business models, sales processes, and compensation
structures.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
4. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance targets and business
objectives.
5. Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive
performance improvements.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
8. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field
(preferred).
9. Relevant certifications or licenses in the financial services industry (preferred).
10. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly English and German, is advantageous.
