Job Summary: As a Refrigerator Installer, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate installation of refrigeration units in residential or commercial settings. Your primary goal will be to ensure that refrigerators are installed safely, according to manufacturer specifications, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation: Properly install refrigeration units, including refrigerators, freezers, and ice makers, in residential homes, commercial kitchens, or other designated
locations.
2. Preparation: Review installation plans, specifications, and diagrams to determine the best approach for installation and placement of refrigeration units.
3. Assembly: Assemble and connect refrigeration components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant lines, ensuring proper alignment and secure connections.
4. Testing: Conduct thorough testing and calibration of installed refrigeration units to ensure they are operating efficiently and maintaining proper temperature
levels.
5. Adjustments: Make any necessary adjustments to refrigeration units, such as leveling, door alignment, or temperature settings, to optimize performance and
functionality.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipment to prevent
accidents or injuries.
7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers regarding the installation process, operation, or maintenance of refrigeration units.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including completion reports, equipment specifications, and any warranty information for future
reference.

Qualifications:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational training or certification in refrigeration installation or HVAC systems is preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in refrigeration installation, HVAC installation, or related field is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, reading technical diagrams and specifications, and understanding refrigeration principles and
components.
4. Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants, is a plus.
5. Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift heavy refrigeration units, work in various environments (including confined spaces or outdoor settings), and stand or kneel
for extended periods.
6. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure precise installation, alignment, and connection of refrigeration components.
7. Communication: Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and other stakeholders.

Working Conditions:
• Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• May require occasional overtime, weekend, or evening work to accommodate customer schedules or project deadlines.
• Must be comfortable working in residential homes, commercial kitchens, or other customer locations.
