Sales Representative
Full TimeWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager with a proven track record in sales,
strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will be responsible for
managing key client accounts, driving sales of our products. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and
reporting is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs
and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development:
• Drive sales of our products to address client requirements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through prospecting.
Product Knowledge:
• Possess a deep understanding of our product offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and updates.
Excel Data Analysis:
• Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics and account status.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the sales team, product development, and support teams to ensure seamless
delivery of products and services.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting our products.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably with knowledge
of SAP.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
